Blooming Beauties of 2013


Hello,
The year  2013 is  nearing to end till now  I have not posted single post on my garden. So this time I thought of posting a few pictures of the beauties captured over time during  monsoon  from june till date.Above water lily is an hybrid its color is so pristine and looks divine stays for two days.







My foliage collection
It is an ground orchid ,blooms after the first rain during shivarathri


There are many names for this flower  like "Belladona Lily",Arum L:ily etc I do not know which is correct .I love those wonderful strokes thinking which" number brush" would give such marvellous strokes!


One more beauty Dendrobium This particular color and the buds kept me mesmerised  for 15 days!!
This  one is  a  bonsai orange tree with two oranges there are few more flowers blooming.You can also see a small bridge seperating the ficus tree on the other side.

    Awesome! Water lilies look very beautiful. I got the asiatic lilies similar to belladonna lilies. I tried orchids. It's not coming out well. This year I got champaka which is coming out well.

    So beautiful. I am sure you spend a lot of time on your lovely garden. You sure have a green thumb Anandhi. I was thinking about you a lot lately ,you might be getting ready for your golu too. Hope you post some pictures when you are done. I would love to see your creative work on your golu.
